On two different Distro's i have given this theme a shot but every time i use it just as soon as it is applied and I open Thunar it shoots to top left hand corner of screen and my menus open in center. This happens for me on all of your themes and if I continue to use it will happen again and again and I will have to reset windows to center to make it stop. Just letting you know that this is a fresh install just installed today of antergos xfce and it done it first thing.
Are you somehow doing installations that don't require you to install gtk3?
I've tried to recreate the problem you're having but haven't been successful. I use Arch, so Antergos should be close enough to what I use.
I am a new ubuntu user, and I like your theme a lot. But I have on idea how to get the same result like your screenshot. Would you share the links for the icons, wallpapers, and cursor themes? Thank you very much.
For the icons do a search here for Darcwaita Plus. The wallpaper was just a solid gray created with Gimp, create a new image and just colorize it to the shade you like. Cursor is default Adwaita.

OK. I'm surprised I'm not swamped by hundreds of comments by people experiencing the same thing.
