elementary-kde-blue - blue folders.

Based on this work: https://www.opendesktop.org/p/1167075/
Almost untouched, except folders colour and index.theme file to get this to work.

10 There is an issue with volume icon. When I have GTK theme in Audacious, the volume icon is missing. I would also appreciate icons for Zoom and Waterfox.

I use Kv GlassWhite theme for Kvantum https://www.opendesktop.org/p/1240691/ and GlassWhite-kv for Aurorae https://www.opendesktop.org/p/1240690/

thanks for have elementary icons available in kde. for LibreOffice the elementary icons get an huge update with a lot of improvements, so if you need elementary icons you can find them maybe there https://github.com/LibreOffice/core/tree/master/icon-themes/elementary_svg
