In the apps, i still use papirus but i remove the shadow.
All file is svg for scallabe from 16-500px
You can see the different in my repo :)
- dolphin toolbar
right click on toolbar, choose "unlock toolbar position" then click and drag to any position you want.

Inherits name is case sensitive you should name Inherits=Papirus......etc..etc instade of Inherits=papirus.....etc etc

What theme do you use to have the dolphin toolbar in the top panel of Plasma?
