To Install:
From the directory where the downloaded file is located

sudo unzip -q Mint-Y-Yellow.zip -d /usr/share/icons/
sudo gtk-update-icon-cache /usr/share/icons/Mint-Y-Yellow
Last changelog:

V4 final complete.

includes trash icons even though they are not used. carbon copy of Mint-Y places.

Do you have the stock Mint-Y icons installed? This theme inherits from : Mint-Y,Adwaita,gnome,hicolor If you don't have or want Mint-Y icon theme, install Moka icons and modify the inherits in Mint-Y-Yellow's index.theme file to: Inherits=Mint-Y,Moka,Adwaita,gnome,hicolor
