Thanks for following and yes it has for sure been small steps and some steps in the wrong direction. Sometimes I think I may have stepped in a hole. lol... I will try to do it. I can make no promises you will be happy and of course if I make the theme I will be posting it and linking it to your work but there is a problem already. Most of the time I can add a single wallpaper to a look and feel theme and it will auto download the wallpaper every time someone downloads the look and feel theme which is great .Now here is the problem. Are you wanting a plasma theme for each one of your wallpapers???? And if so then it will take a while but we can try but the wallpapers being all posted to the same page will be the problem. It can not distinguish which wallpaper is the correct one and download it that way so if we did it then before I was done I would have to let you know and you would have to post that wallpaper by itself and if your wanting more than one then you would have to do that every time. Not a big huge problem but I had to tell you anyways. I am by no means an expert but I hope to be some day and the only way i learn is by doing stuff so I do it. I do have other stuff to keep updated of course so I can guarantee no time frames but it will but done in a timely manner but some days i don't even get to turn on PC so you see what I am saying. I am just normal guy so things happen and things get busy and theme making has to wait sometimes. I have about ran out of idea myself and I need badly to learn a lot more about svg images so I can design how I want to design.

Ok, I know that there's to much variables, but just choose one that you liked most or, the one that you are most comfortable to design it.
Just be careful to choose the image size. In the most feedback I received, people just unknown their screen size, and for this particular set, size matters. If you check out my blog, in "Simplicity - XFCE Edition" - https://artworkedesign.wordpress.com/2019/05/27/simplicity/, in the first sample image ( Autoplay ) you will notice that there's is a small, tiny border on the wallpaper, and that is a part of it.
Look, I think you are taking the right path, learning with your own mistakes, and trying once more. It's like me on the "Plasm Series", to me it's a workshop where I'm learning and pay attention what fail in the previous to re-do-it better, more improved in the next one.
Finally, I only ask you thing.... Don't stress out and take your time.
