You simply have to install Lightly! Follow the link you can find in the description of this page. Once on Github simply follow the instructions. This will install Lighlty Window Decorations and Lightly Application Style. Remember that, once installed, you have to apply it: system settings --> Appearance --> Window Decorations + Application Style. The rest is made by the theme, so simply install Aritim-Dark Global Theme Enjoy!

What about the dropdown menu like in OSX? Will Lightly take care of that too?
Yes, Lightly will make it appear like in the screenshot. To have the dropdown menu you'll have to install "Window AppMenu" and place it on the top panel by simply drag-n-drop. Thank you for your previous comment, it made me so happy!
