Description:
- installer included
To install manually:
to install:
1. copy file to usr/share/plymouth/themes
2. run in terminal:
sudo update-alternatives --install /usr/share/plymouth/themes/default.plymouth default.plymouth /usr/share/plymouth/themes/ubuntu-vision/ubuntu-vision.plymouth 100
sudo update-alternatives --config default.plymouth
sudo update-initramfs -u
To fix the delayed loading of the splash:
sudo -s
echo FRAMEBUFFER=y >>/etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/splash
update-initramfs -u
For LMDE:
1- Download and extract the file to file
/usr/share/plymouth/themes/
2- Set the theme
sudo plymouth-set-default-theme ubuntu-vision
3- run:
sudo update-initramfs -u

Is there anyway to make the spinning smoother? On startup, the spinning is very slow
