FEATURES:

* Big buttons for quick and easy click actions. Buttons appear as coloured lines along the top window border, which on hover shows the full button.
VARIANTS:
* Neon-art.zip has a compact title bar * Neon-art-normal has a medium size title bar * Neon-art-top has a compact title bar with neon-light borders only at the top.
TIPS:
* Works well with greybird dark theme.
* Looks good with Title font size 9. The title bar is too thin for higher font size.
99 excellent - great idea to gain some screen space. It would be interesting to have a version where the borders of the windows are not striped. In the current version, these stripes are distracting from the ones that are "functional" (the buttons).

7 Interesting idea. Would love if the titlebar were a bit taller but i guess that was the intention here. Appreciate the easy resize grips!
