Installation : In Home folder - Make folder .themes in your home folder ( " . " mean hidden ) - Download the tar file and extract in it
OR
In Root folder - Download the tar file, copy and extract it in /usr/share/themes (can use GUI via file manager as Root or command line)
Just realized this theme is like two years old and has "papirus" in the tags. Literally one the most popular icon themes on Linux how did I not notice lol.
