Nordzy is a free and open source icon theme for Linux desktops using the Nord color palette from Artic Ice Studio and based on WhiteSur Icon Theme and Numix Icon Theme.
Currently, there are not that many icons, I’ll take requests for which app icons I should put in next. If I get no requests, I take (almost) randomly from the long list of apps.
Dark variants are more appropriate for dark desktop environments, while the normal variants are more appropriate for light desktop environments.
If you are using a dark theme with a light panel (or the opposite) you can specify the panel argument which make the panel's color opposite (see GITHUB project).

Thanks for reporting! Something is indeed wrong with it, others were working fine (I tested 5 of them). I uploaded it again, it works now. It is now in duplicate (Nordzy-cyan-dark), both files are working and give the same result however, for some reasons if I remove one of the two, the error you mention occurs again... So I will keep it in duplicate for now.
