Description: This theme is based on old Neon theme by Deo: https://www.pling.com/p/1119078/ and blueHearth: https://www.pling.com/p/1119053/
The theme was compatible for icewm on kde3 (today I use it for Trinity Desktop) but for the full session of icewm it seems to be incomplete. From the features I saw on the default.theme I found some references present in various xpm files and the default.theme of blueheart. So I decided to complete the theme to make it better for the full session of icewm. :-)
