10An Arc-based solarized theme, finally! Thank you so much!
It has a few minor issues on Cinnamon, though. Certain widgets like buttons and the theme selection boxes in the Themes dialog are indistinguishable from the rest of the window as their border is not visible and their background is the same as the window background. They can be distinguished only when the cursor hovers over them.
Also, it is hard to tell on the panel which applications are open when they are minimized.

This theme uses the Midnight GTK Themes style with a Solarized color scheme. I chose to add it to the Midnight theme. Thanks! for the ideas and suggestions.
I felt that the things I described in my first comment were glitches in the theme and I included screenshots of another theme only for reference. If those things are actually following the Midnight GTK Themes style and are not glitches at all, then I would like to apologize for my wrong assumptions.
Yes, this theme uses the Midnight theme style. No problem, I consider every suggestion and idea. I will see the issues as you mean in Cinnamon Desktop. If necessary, I will make changes for this theme. Thanks!
