Load a menu of shells/files from a provided JSON configuration file. Version 2 - C++ rewrite.

This is inspired from the Hyper term plugin called 'hyper-shellect', but unlike hyper-shellect this is a stand-alone application and not dependent on Node.

This is a cross-platform application and provides several methods of use:

• Linux - bin, AppImage, .deb package installer
• Android - Termux bin
• Windows - x86 an x64 executable
