Description: QogirB is just a fork of UbuntuBudgie Qogir-theme (mainly focused on its Dark version), with some customizations (highlight headerbar and border of active window).
Best results with: * Cinnamon (as in Linux Mint 22 Wilma) or Budgie desktop (e.g. Ubuntu Budgie) and * OpenDesktop-Icons - https://www.gnome-look.org/p/1498619
Download and unzip the compressed file into ~/.themes (create .themes folder if it doesn't exists in your home); then, for Cinnamon, restart session; for Gnome, apply it with GNOME Tweaks, Appearance, Applications.
In Cinnamon select Themes, Settings, Use overlay scroll bars -> disable + Override the current theme's scrollbar width -> best values 10px to 16pxLast changelog:
