Description:
Adds keyboard shortcuts to KWin to:
- Swap the windows with previous/next virtual desktop ;
- Add a desktop before/after current position ;
- Remove current desktop. When removing a desktop, its windows will be moved to the next desktop.

Shortcuts can be customized.
