This is one ergonomic, 'easy on the eyes' theme, mainly for people who spend many hours in front of their PCs. However, it might, or it might not work for you and your specific use case, as it all depends on the sort and the quality of your screen, and of course, on your environmental light.

Basically, too high contrast is just as bad for your eyes as too low, too high light intensity of the screen is just as bad as too low, and anything transparent or colorful is much heavier on the eyes then the gray-scale or yellow-green tones.

Since I don't know where else one could download the GTK and icon-theme, I'm including it here for your convenience.
