Description: Material-STONES Desktop is a GTK, xfwm4, GNOME-Shell, and Cinnamon light-mode theme.
The Material-STONES theme is based on Material Design standards, and aims to bring a bright, colorful, and elegant experience to your desktop. Users will find their non-intrusive, monthly color just where they need it.
Manual Installation Is Easy:
For themes: 1) Extract the "tar.xz" file into your "~/.themes/" folder - to install for current user only - or into the "/usr/share/themes/" folder - for the theme to be applied globally. 2) Use GNOME Tweaks, Dconf Editor, or an equivalent 'Look & Feel'/configuration app to enable it for your desktop.
If installing manually, make sure to install the dependency: "Murrine theme engine" if you do not already have it; and update your GTK+packages if you have not.

This update applies color animations to the menu/dialogs for scrollbars and sliders controlled by the shell. These tweaks make three animations available to the menu/dialogs for scrollbars and sliders, where before there were just two. Here, the static element for scrollbars and sliders still display a standard rendering of the individual flavor variant's accent color. Additionally, the active element for scrollbars and sliders were changed to display a deeper, more saturated rendering of the individual flavor variant's accent color. Prior to this update, the active and static action rendered the same (standard accent color) values vis all 12 variants, changing only for the hover action (a brighter rendering of the individual flavor variant's accent color). 10I mostly use my Linux rig at night, so I need a dark theme then. This one is crisp and clean though, for the few times I need to use it during the day. The September color is striking and sophisticated, and really well put together.
