Rust compiler v1.67.1 binaries for Intel built in macOS High Sierra with Homebrew. It should work for all uses, not just for within Homebrew (which lets you to set a lot of software for using externally too), you can move compiler folder somewhere else. It's not a fake, no source changes, it's a different way to using some unfamiliar script to have Rust.

Don't be shy, feel free to give it a try, hesitation isn't good for you when it comes to that type of goodies, trust me, I'm your best advisor ;-).
