Installation

Untar the package.
Start Claws Mail.
Go to Configuration - Preferences - Display - Themes
Click the 'Install new' button and locate the theme directory.
Click 'OK'
Or Actions - click 'Use this' click 'Apply' and 'OK'

Alternately they can be installed by root by untarring the package directly into usr/share/claws-mail/themes/ They will then be available to every user.

Распакуйте архив
Запустите Claws Mail
Далее клик в Настройки - Параметры - Темы - Установить новую - укажите путь к папке.
Клик ОК
Или Действия - Использовать эту - Применить - ОК

Ещё можно поместить папку с темой в usr/share/claws-mail/themes (от админа)
