Good old SUSE Linux KDE 3 Splash Screen in Green. This theme is based on the Moodin engine. On a modern openSUSE system, you can install it with:

sudo zypper in kslpash-engine-moodin

from the KDE:KDE3 repository. For further information, take a look at: https://en.opensuse.org/KDE3

The theme can to be extracted to /opt/kde3/share/apps/ksplash/Themes and activated within KControl.
