A modern theme that covers the panel, menu and context menus on the base cinnamon desktop. I'm new to this sort of thing so I'm unsure (but am working on) the window borders. Note: to make it look like whats shown in the screenshots you will need to make two panels, have the menu icon on the top one (top panel needs to be small) with all the symbolic icons on the top one too, the grouped window stays on the bottom in the centre. The Reversal purple icon pack was used (i do not own that nor will distribute it).
