Dark version with bright border of the default Breeze cursor.

This is just a simple modification of the original theme from grey to black color, and a bright border

Setup:
Just put the extracted directory Breeze_Dark into ~/.local/share/icons/
Then select the cursor theme from the System settings -> Appearance -> Cursors.
