Description:
Display Functions v0.5b by claudemods
just being creative in my spare time i come up with this
i want to see what else i can do with it
usage on Arch and Debian or ubuntu this will check os-release
and use either qdbus6 for arch or qdbus for others
you can edit the .py and .qml provided in .tar.gz
if you get any errors
added new colours to slider

added new functions
1: select a output e.g HDMI-1 DPI-1 e-DPI-1 VGA-1
2: rotate screen
3: change resolutions
4: change your scale upto 300 please note this is current buggy
5: full screen app once scaled has a scroll bar

added timer upto 60 seconds
options for wayland and x11
any button or key wakes display up
usage on Arch and Debian or ubuntu this will check os-release
and use either qdbus6 for arch or qdbus for others
How to install:
install pyqt6 with pip you can get this on arch and ubuntu not sure about about debian
- Dolphin -> Preferences -> Services -> Download New Services...
...or
For kde5
- move the downloaded Display Functions.desktop file to
~/.local/share/kservices5/ServiceMenus (create the folder if it's missing)
Also use right click on the file > Properties > Permissions >
And mark the checkbox next to the text "Is executable".
uncompress Display Functions.tar.gz into ~/.local/share/kservices5/ServiceMenus
or use $ chmod +x on all the script files extracted
For kde6
- move the downloaded Display Functions.desktop file to
~/.local/share/kio/servicemenus/ (create the folder if it's missing)
Also use right click on the file > Properties > Permissions >
And mark the checkbox next to the text "Is executable".
or use $ chmod +x ./Display Functions.desktop
uncompress Display Functions.tar.gz into ~/.local/share/kio/servicemenus/
or use $ chmod +x on all the script files extracted
