a foodie theme, hoorah for eggplants. Also known as Brinjal, Aubergines, or Eggplants in variety, they are delicious and especially when roasted and blended with sundried tomatoes and chillies in a pate(sauce) known as melitzanosalate, Also very tasty in sabich(pita sandwiches).
