INSTALL:
You have to do everything manually:
1) Extract the downloaded file to /usr/lib/kde4/share/kde4/apps/kdm/themes (may be different for you)
2) edit (use sudo) the file /etc/kde4/kdm/kdmrc and change the line
"Theme=/usr/lib/kde4/share/kde4/apps/kdm/themes/oxygen"
to
"Theme=/usr/lib/kde4/share/kde4/apps/kdm/themes/simply-linux" Last changelog:

Hey i really like it :) its distribution independent, smooth, not too colourful and simple

dammit I read it as "colorful" not "not too colorful", sorry! :D
