Doesn't Ark alone do this? In SUSE Linux 9.3 and 10.3 OSS and in Kubuntu I've had this and I always thought Ark had placed it there. BTW it isn't in the "Actions" submenu, all for the better.
How exactly do I install this, having trouble determining where to place the file.
Any help would be appreciated.

isn't this already included in kde 3.5 i'm pretty sure it wasn't added by my distro, gentoo

Simply copy the .desktop file to the directory named .kde/apps/share/apps/konqueror/servicemenus within your home directory.
