Description:Similar to Ubuntu's Unity 7 theme Radiance.
Bottom-panel and side-panels are flat and transparent if desktop effects are enabled.
Top-panel with gradient and non-transparent.
Tested on KDE Plasma 5.8 LTS.
Extract the downloaded KDE Plasma theme to
~/.local/share/plasma/desktoptheme/.

Nice theme, very awesome, even with transparency. Thanks. So... can you do another version of this theme, but with cerulean or sky blue instead of orange? Thanks :D
I like the theme except for the task manager widget. The default plasma air theme looks slicker since there's no border around tasks except for the one in focus.
Sorry that I answer so late. The border round the task to mark out it is intended by me.
