Description: KDE4 This theme has extensive bar menu prettiest. A mixture of themes, I do not intend to have problems with licenses, not know whether my contribution violates any license.
To use it you need to unzip the file and copy the folder as it is a /home/username/.kde/share/apps/desktoptheme
And choose the subject property rechy2k005 appearance.
I hope you like it as much as me.

KDE4 Este tema tiene una barra de menu mas bonitas. Una mezcla de temas, no tengo la intencion de tener problemas con licencias, no se si mi contribución viola nalguna licencia.
Para usarla es necesario descomprimir el archivo y copiar la carpeta tal cual en /home/tu usuario/.kde/share/apps/desktoptheme
Y elegir el tema rechy2k005 en propiedades de apariencia.
Espero que les guste tanto como a mí.

Aclaro que no soy un programador o diseñador y logre esto de una forma empírica.
Se ve muy bien! Hasta ahora lo unico que parece no funcionar muy bien es la ventana de shutdown (al menos en KDE4.2)... Si estoy en una ventana con fondo claro, solo se ve el boton de Cancelar, porque lo otro queda "camuflado" (pero en el escritorio, que tiene fondo oscuro, es perfectamente legible). Tengo el efecto de "desaturar" al abrir ese diálogo activado.

Looks pretty nice! Until now the only thing that doesn't seem to work well is the shutdown window (at least in KDE4.2)... If I am in a window with light background, only the Cancel button is visible, because the rest remains "camouflaged" (but in the desktop, where I have a dark background, everything is perfectly visible). I have the desaturate effect on for when that dialog is shown.

El tema es bonito, suave.
Referente a la licencia, no te preocupes, pero asegúrate que en el documento metadata.desktop respetes al creador/res original añadiendo, si quieres, que es una modificación tuya.
Pero que no se te olvide liberarla también como !!libre¡¡
