and Peter Schmidt's Oblique Strategies. It is GNOME applet fork:

Install:
tar xvJf oblikue-strategies-1.5.tar.xz
mkdir build && cd build
cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=`kde4-config --prefix` -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release ../oblikue-strategies
make && sudo make install
kbuildsycoca4 > /dev/null 2>&1
