Description:
Since XFree86 4.3 is now officially released, we can all start using our favourite icon theme.
Back in the old M$ days i always used a 3d icon theme.
So I decided to convert it, so it can be used with X.

Installation:
As root:
Extract the file to /usr/share/icons/
Edit /usr/share/icons/default/index.theme in this way:
[Icon Theme]
Inherits=3dwhite
As user:
Extract the file to ~.icons/
Edit ~.icons/default/index.theme in this way:
[Icon Theme]
Inherits=3dwhite

If I'm not mistaken, these are simply the Win95 '3D' cursors with the colors removed. Come on, people.

Producing 3D-White cursors for XF86 4.3 would have been the first thing I would have done when MDK9.1 goes final but you beat me to it ;) Isn't the no_r.cur (n/a drop or smth) used in XF86? WinXP original ones: http://kodu.neti.ee/~tar/tmp/3D-White%20cursors%20WinXP.tar.bz2
