Setting the icon works in CCSM when using compiz.
However putting the icon's folder in ~/.icons/ or /user/share/icons/ does, well nothing. Gnome refuses to acknowledge it as a valid, installed pointer theme.

1 No file = bad rating. Why is this and many others like this even listed here if there is nothing to download?

if that is exsite, but nothing is duplicated, but modified and with animacions icons and large size.
