It is made in the inkscape, so it is matter of the bulid script adjustment. At the moment i have other things to do, though. I want to also make black variant of this cursor as well.
I like it, but I think you should change the Oxygen X_cursor cursor ,and it be a part the theme concept. You should show mouse theme's preview image, and then we can decide to download it or not.

will you add more sizes in the future? so it can be resolution dependent ?
