this is my favorite cursor theme to use with the Neon theme suite. as much as i love FRUiT's work, gigantic non-animated left-handed cursors are way too obnoxious for me. thanks so much for creating a sane alternative!
Hi man, nice theme, I like it very much and I'm actually using it!
I would like to ask you if you will complete it.. and, if I can, a little suggestion: maybe a version with the cursors just a little smaller (you know, laptops don't have a big screen)..
what do you think about?
see ya man!! :D
I wrote a makefile which allows me to generate whole theme by just typing "make" in console.
Inside that makefile I used xcursorgen to convert PNG's into cursor files.
Some information about xcursorgen can be found here http://www.ehow.com/how_5026012_make-cursors-file-ubuntu.html and of course in it's manual.

how to install in ubuntu 13.04? help me!!!
Maybe manual installation will help you. Try to extract the package into ~/.icons E.g. by tar xf oxy-neon-0.2.tar.gz -C ~/.icons/

I like your theme and I've created a left handed edition. How do you like me to send it to you?

Done.
